Seattle is breathtaking!
I took my friend to Gasworks park for his first time in Seattle. We had such an amazing weekend :)

This blue ball is my new best friend!
My massage therapist told me that I have to work on exercising my feet otherwise I’ll most likely have to have foot surgery by the time I’m thirty.. Yikes!
So I use this three to four times a week (Supposed to be twice a day, but who’s counting).
I stick this at the bottom of both arches and put as much weight as I can handle at the time.. The nobs really work into the strained muscles and can be a pain in the you know what. But after a long day of working in heels it feels like a deep stretch and words can’t explain how good it feels.
So yes, my new best friend is a blue ball.

I have this iTunes playlist that I’ve been listening to on the daily, “Heartbreak Hotel” and it is loaded with a mix of headbangers and sappy gooey ooey stuff that I cannot get enough of! Even though I’m not in any kind of relationship where I’m sad or whatevs, but its great! I love it!
